Acknowledgement *

I understand and agree that payments will be debited from my account on the 1st of each month. If the 1st of the month falls on a holiday or weekend, the payment will be debited on the next business day after the 1st. The debited amount will include full monthly rent plus any extra monthly charges or utility costs owed, when applicable (i.e. net fees, water/sewer). I understand and agree that adequate funds must be available for withdrawal from my account on the date of withdrawal. In the case of an ACH transaction being rejected for non-sufficient funds (NSF), submission error, or other bank related return reasons, I understand and agree that the company may, at its discretion, resubmit the ACH debit transaction. If after the payment has been resubmitted, the transaction still fails, a failed payment fee of $30 will be charged to my account and late fees may be incurred according to my lease. I understand and agree that any and all changes to my account information, including requests to terminate this agreement, must be in writing and delivered to Braun Donnell Development at 738 Oak Street, Columbus, Ohio 43205 or via email at info@braundonnell.com, at least 10 days prior to the next electronic funds transfer date. I acknowledge that the origination of ACH transactions to my account must comply with provisions of U.S. law and agree not to dispute this recurring billing with my bank so long as the transactions correspond to the terms indicated in this authorization form.
